Shipping across Australia is $13.95 for orders up to 5 kg. (Additional shipping charges apply for orders exceeding 5 kg, which will be calculated and communicated once your order is ready to ship.)

 

A flat rate of $17.95 applies to orders up to 5 kg. For orders exceeding 5 kg, additional shipping charges will be calculated and communicated once your order is ready for dispatch.

 

FROZEN GOODS SHIPPING

 

All frozen item orders will be shipped via Express Post through Australia Post to prevent spoilage from extended transit times.

 

A flat rate of $17.95 applies to orders up to 5 kg. For orders exceeding 5 kg, additional shipping charges will be calculated and communicated once the order is ready for dispatch.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

  • Sydney & Major Cities: 2-3 business days
  • Regional Areas: Up to 4 business days

 

Please note: Next-day delivery is not guaranteed. Express Post remains available and will be prioritised as the fastest option, though it may not always meet the next business day standard. Australia Post has temporarily suspended its next-day delivery guarantee.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as ownership of the items transfers to the customer upon payment confirmation.

 

  • Missed Deliveries: Any spoilage due to missed deliveries will be at the buyer’s expense.
  • Cold Products: Cannot be returned.
  • Change of Mind/Cancellations: All purchases made through our website are non-exchangeable and non-refundable due to change of mind. However, if you experience any issues with our products, please contact us with your order number and details. Our team will promptly provide instructions on how to return the item(s). If the return is due to an error on our part, a full refund will be issued, excluding shipping and handling charges.
  • Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items: Contact us within 7 days at pinoystreet@yahoo.com to arrange a return or exchange.
  • Frozen Items: The full cost of Express postage is the customer’s responsibility.
